Clinical Nurse Manager
Clinical Nurse Manager – Level 3 Nurses Award (Aged Care Employees)
Salary – Attractive Salary Package negotiable – Circa $125,000 plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice
Location negotiable – Clare, Nuriootpa or Yorke Peninsula (work from home)
Up to Full Time Permanent position – will consider 2 x part time positions
Are you an experienced, motivated and caring nurse with clinical and management skills seeking work/life balance?
The Clinical Nurse Manager is a newly created position designed to improve the in-home care of our clients. The role will entail working closely with our workforce to ensure clinical and care needs are monitored and of a high standard. You will engage with clients, management and the workforce to set goals, monitor performance and implement improvements.
We provide excellent and flexible employment conditions with work from home options. Ongoing professional development provided, Employee Assistance Program and commitment to the optimum health and well-being of our staff.
