We will send an account and it will explain all the options on how to pay such as via direct debit, cheque or over the phone with a credit card.
Does the contractor provide the cleaning equipment and products?
With our private services we are able to provide you with a choice on whether you prefer to use your own products and equipment or we are able to bring the relevant products and equipment to your service.

Funded Services FAQ
With a funded service, am I still required to pay a contribution towards my package?
The Australian Government funds most of your funded package however they do require you to make a contribution towards your service. This contribution is to be paid monthly to Country Home Services.
What if I am not eligible for government funding?
If you are ineligible to receive funding from the government, please know that you can still access services through our private program – Choices Plus. Simply contact us on 1300 773 202 and we can discuss your options.
